Shipping Department Notice

SLIGHT SHIPPING DELAY:

Normally we are happy to ship our mermaid tails and popular monofins same day when orders are placed before noon mountain time, but this weekend there will be a short delay in our shipping times.

After processing orders as per our usual Thursday, May 19th (all orders received before noon mountain time on Thursday will be shipped), our shipping department will close until Tuesday, May 24th.

You can place orders during this time, but they won't ship until the shipping department reopens on Tuesday.

Our customer service department will be open during this time, so feel free to contact us if you have any questions or issues with your orders, we're here to help!

WHY THE DELAY?

We have grown out of our current fulfillment center and are moving to a brand new warehouse. The shipping department needs to do a thorough inventory of all our current mermaid tail and monofin stock, pack everything into moving trucks, and drive across state lines to our new warehouse. They will then be setting up shop, organizing all your favorite mermaid products, processing orders that came in during the close, and reopening.

We're excited about the move and are looking forward to having more room to expand our ever-growing mermaid tail colors and designs.

BUT I NEED MY ORDER!
If you have an order that you will need to be shipped expedited, please place it BEFORE Thursday at noon MST so we can be sure to get it out before the shipping department closes.

If you place an expedited order while we were in transit, it won't ship until Tuesday! You can call customer service to cancel the order, or receive a refund on the expedited shipping. Toll free: 1-844-SUN-TAIL
