Foot Pocket Replacement

In any business something can go wrong creating a product. The stitching on the foot pocket for the sun tail mermaid fin for my granddaughter was defective. I notified Sun Tail who immediately got a replacement sent. We had it in four days with apologies. This company stands behind their products.
